母進(jìn)行調(diào)整。葉輪設(shè)計(jì)成對(duì)稱，液體從兩側(cè)進(jìn)入葉輪，可以平衡軸向力，倘有剩余軸向力，則由軸端軸承來(lái)承受。

    泵軸的兩側(cè)由軸承支承，軸承裝在軸承體內(nèi)，用黃油潤(rùn)滑。

    泵以彈性聯(lián)軸器與電動(dòng)機(jī)直接聯(lián)接。如泵用皮帶傳動(dòng)，必須另設(shè)支架支承皮帶輪。

    雙吸密封環(huán)，以其與葉輪的間隙，來(lái)減少壓水室內(nèi)的液體漏回吸水室。密封環(huán)保護(hù)泵殼免于磨損，本身為易損零件，磨損后可以備件更換。

    軸封采用軟填料密封，為了冷卻潤(rùn)滑密封腔和防止空氣漏人泵內(nèi)，在填料之間裝有填料環(huán)，水泵工作時(shí)少量高壓水通過(guò)泵蓋中開面上的梯形凹槽流入料腔，起水封作用。填料處液體的滲漏，以每分鐘10滴至20滴為適當(dāng)。

    S型泵的進(jìn)水口徑小于300毫米(包括300毫米)或電動(dòng)機(jī)功率小于90千瓦時(shí)，可配帶公共底座，訂貨時(shí)應(yīng)予以說(shuō)明。

    1、裝配轉(zhuǎn)子部件：依次將葉輪、軸套、軸套螺母、填料套、填料環(huán)、填料壓蓋、擋水圈、軸承部件裝在泵軸上，并套上雙吸密封環(huán)，然后裝上聯(lián)軸器；

    2、分別檢查轉(zhuǎn)子部件上葉輪的密封部位外圓，軸套外圓徑向跳動(dòng)應(yīng)不超過(guò)下表的規(guī)定:

securely keyed to the shaft and adjusted to proper axial position by the shaft sleeves and external shaft nuts. The impeller is  a double-suction enclosed type. It is hydraulically balanced by its inherent design. In case there is some slight residual thrust,  it can be carried up by the bearing on the shaft end.

    Each pump shaft is provided with two bearing mounted in the bearing housings at both ends. For single row, deep -groove type ball bearings, both of them are lubricated with grease.

    Couplings of flexible type connect the pump with the motor directly. For pumps driven by belt,  there must be an intermbdiate bracket fitted for supporting the belt pulley.

    The close running fit between the wearing rings and the impller minimizes the leakage of water back into the suction part. The rings protect the casing form wearing and can be prompdy replaced with the spare parts when they have been worn out.

    The shaft sleeves extend through the stuffing boxes. They  protect  the  shaft  from  wearing. The sleeves can be renewable with the spare parts after worn out.

    The shaft seal is soft stuff. The packing ring is installed among the packing in order to prevent air from coming into the pump and cooling lubricating sealing case,  and while the pump working, it is allowed to let a little high pressure water going through the trapezioid can cave groove on the horizentally split face of the pump cover and fow into the packing ease, function as water seal

    (Please use the following procedures to assem-ble)

    1. Assemble keys, impeller, sleeves, sleeve nuts packing rings,  and block water ring in order on the pump shaft. Afterwards sleeve the suction seal ring, and then the bearing part and coupling.
