套螺母進(jìn)行調(diào)整。葉輪設(shè)計(jì)成對(duì)稱布置，液體從兩側(cè)進(jìn)入葉輪，可以平衡軸向力，倘有剩余軸向力，則由軸端軸承來承受。

    泵軸的兩側(cè)由軸承支承，軸承裝在軸承體內(nèi)。對(duì)于單列向心球軸承采用黃油潤(rùn)滑；對(duì)于巴氏合金滑動(dòng)軸承則用機(jī)械油，并對(duì)軸承體下部的冷卻室，引水冷卻潤(rùn)滑油。

    泵以彈性聯(lián)軸器與電動(dòng)機(jī)直接聯(lián)接。如泵用皮帶傳動(dòng)，必須另設(shè)支架支承皮帶輪。

    雙吸密封環(huán)，以其與葉輪的間隙，來減少壓水室內(nèi)的液體漏回吸水室。密封環(huán)保護(hù)泵殼免于磨損，本身為易損零件，磨損后可以備件更換。

    軸封采用軟填料密封，填料壓緊程度必須適當(dāng)；從泵的壓水室用水封管將少量高壓水引入填料腔中，起水封作用，既防止空氣滲入泵內(nèi)，也防止液體大量漏出。填料處液體的滲漏，以每分鐘1O滴至20滴為適當(dāng)。

    SH型泵的進(jìn)水口徑小于300毫米(包括300毫米)或電動(dòng)機(jī)功率小于100千瓦時(shí)，可配帶公共底座，訂貨時(shí)應(yīng)予以說明。

    1、裝配轉(zhuǎn)子部件：依次將葉輪、軸套、軸套螺母、填料套、填料環(huán)、填料壓蓋、軸承擋圈、軸承部件裝在泵軸上，并套上雙吸密封環(huán)，然后裝上聯(lián)軸器。

    2、分別檢查轉(zhuǎn)子部件上葉輪的密封部位外圓，其徑向跳動(dòng)應(yīng)不超過下表的規(guī)定：

securely keyed to the shaft and adjusted to proper axial position by the shaft sleeves and external shaft nuts. The  impeller is  a double-suction enclosed type. It is hydraulically balanced by its inherent design. In case there is some slight residual thrust,  it can be carried up by the bearing on the shaft end.

    Each pump shaft is provided with two bearings mounted in the bearing housings at both ends. For single row, deep- groove type ball bearings, both of them are lubricated with grease. For babbit bushings, oil lubrication is used and cooling water is provided through the bottom chamber of the housings.

    Couplings of flexible type connect the pump with the motor directly. For pumps driven by belt,  there must be an intermediate bracket fitted for supporting the belt pulley.

    The close running fit between the wearing rings and the impeller minimizes the leakage of water back into the suction part. The rings protect the casting form wearing and can be promptly replaced with the spare parts when they have been worn out.

    The shaft sleeves extend through the stuffing boxes. They  protect  the  shaft  from  wearing. The sleeves can be renewable with the spare parts after worn out.

Stuffing boxes are packed with the graphited asbestos  packing. The  packing  must  be  properly pressed by adjusting the gland. Stuffing boxes are usually connected to the pump discharge with external pipe connections through which water under pressure is introduced into the boxes to have the sealing function of protecting the pump against leakage, either air leakage inward or fluid leakage outward.

    (Please use the following procedures to assemble)

    1. Assemble keys, impeller, sleeves, sleeve nuts packing rings, and bearing block in order on the pump shaft. Afterwards sleeve the suction seal ring,  and then the bearing part and coupling.

    2. Individully inspect the radial beats of the ex-
