4、裝上填料、放好中開面紙墊、蓋上泵蓋、擰緊螺尾錐銷后，擰緊泵蓋螺母，最后裝上填料壓蓋。不要將填料壓得太緊，填料過緊會使軸套發(fā)熱，同時耗用功率大；也不要壓得太松，填料過松液體滲漏大，水泵效率降低，所以應在運行時予以調節(jié)。
裝配完成后，用手轉動泵軸，沒有擦碰現(xiàn)象，轉動比較輕滑均勻即可。
拆卸可按上述裝配順序相反地進行。
1、檢查水泵和電機應無損壞：
2、水泵的安裝首先要滿足裝置汽蝕余量NPSHa大于泵的必須汽蝕余量NPSHr，使泵在運行時不發(fā)生汽蝕�；A尺寸應符合泵機組的安裝尺寸。
3、安裝順序：
(1)、將水泵放在埋有地腳螺栓的混凝土基礎上，用調整其間的楔形墊塊的方法校正水平，并適當擰緊地腳螺栓，以防走動；
(2)、在基礎與泵底腳之間灌注混凝土：
(3)、待混凝土干固后，擰緊地腳螺栓，并重新檢查水泵的水平度；
(4)、校正電動機軸與水泵軸的同心度，使兩軸成一直線，在兩聯(lián)軸器外圓上的不同心度允差為0.1毫米，端面間隙沿圓周的不均勻允差為0．3毫米(在聯(lián)接進出水管路及試運行后再分別校核一遍，仍應符合上述要求)；
(5)、在檢查電動機轉向與水泵轉向符

3. Assemble the rotor part
and studs on the pump casing and well install the bearing gland and tighten it with
bolls, then you can adjust the
axial position of the impeller with shaft sleeve nuts up to middle flow passage
way of the pump casing and tighten it.
4. Feed the packing into the
packing box. Place the horicental joint paper gasket, cover the pump, hammar(or other

After finishing assembling the pump, turn the rotor with hands, it should be
flexible and smooth as well as no block and no rubbing. That is OK! and then you
can operate it freely.
(Disassemble it according to
the opposite order of assembling)
1. Check whether the pump
and the motor are in good condition.
2. Make sure that the value
of NPSH is higher than the one that have been given, and its fouudation dimensions
should be in comformity with the installation drawing.
