Water flow of pump is under normal.

a．吸入和壓出管系上的閘閥開(kāi)啟不夠。

Gate valves on the stion and  discharge pipe are not widely

opened-

a．繼續(xù)逐漸打開(kāi)各閘閥。

Open the gate valves stepwise one by one

b．旋渦工作輪和隔扳之間端面間隙過(guò)大。

wheel and diphragn Plate become excessive

b．須減少隔扳間的調(diào)整墊片

Decrease the adjustable packing sheetc  betweentg diaphragm plates．

C．泵轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)不到額定數(shù)值。

Revolut ion perminute is under rated value

e．提高泵轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)達(dá)到額定數(shù)值。

Raise the revolut iou of pump to atttain to rated value．

power eonstlne is too high．

a．泵的壓頭太高。

Water pead for pump is too high．

a．應(yīng)減低壓出壓力，繼續(xù)開(kāi)啟壓出閘閥。

Lower the discharging pressure and open the pressing-discharge gate valve contiunously．

b．兩隔扳過(guò)于壓緊旋渦工作輪。

The compression pression betweeion．two diaphragmplates  is too high，resultng in clipping swirl wheel．

b．兩隔扳間再加入墊片，調(diào)整間隙。

Add some pack ing sheets  between two diaphregm plates and readjust the plays．
